He worked with architect Jose Ignacio Linazasoro at his studios in Madrid and San Sebastian (1990-1995).
He led his own architecture practice in San Sebastian (1996-2010) and co-founded mmej arkitektura slp in 2010.
Doctoral thesis (PhD, 2013): “The Limes throughout Time: Landscape, Territory and Constructed Boundaries”
He has an extensive experience in landscape architecture, including cataloging, interpretation and maintenance projects, as well as artistic installations.
He is a professor at the School of Architecture in the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) since 1996, in the Projects area. He currently teaches two courses at undergraduate level —Architectural Projects IX and Landscape Architecture— and one course —Project Development— at the graduate level.
